Kalinga Records One New COVID-19 Case Today

UPDATE June 24, 2026 9:56 PM:

According to the Province of Kalinga Facebook Page, as of 11:30 AM today, August 7, 2020, the Province of Kalinga has reported one (1) new case of COVID-19.

One New COVID-19 case in Kalinga

• 56-year-old Male pastor who is currently residing at Anggacan, Tanudan.
• He is recorded as Patient K-39.
• The patient was in contact with a COVID-19 case last July 27, 2020.
• He underwent swab testing last August 3, 2020.

Furthermore, the patient is currently asymptomatic and is isolated at the designated isolation unit.
