The Administrative Assistant II (Labor General Foreman) supervises utility workers and laborers responsible for maintenance and repair within the MLC. The role involves inspecting and troubleshooting electrical and water systems, overseeing repair and rehabilitation work, coordinating maintenance activities, and attending to tenant concerns.
What they are asking for
- At least 2–3 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, construction, or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and general repair works.
- Experience supervising maintenance personnel, contractors, and repair activities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize urgent maintenance concerns.
- Able to conduct site inspections, identify maintenance issues, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
