The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has warned the public from purchasing and using 50 non-compliant cosmetic products imported and distributed by the Market Authorization Holder (MAH), Healthy Innovation Distribution Inc. This is according to the FDA Advisory No. 2020-1738 or the “Public Health Warning Against the Purchase and Use of Non-Compliant Cosmetic Products.”

According to the advisory of the FDA, the MAH, Healthy Innovation Distribution Inc., has made misrepresentation and false entries in the application for product notification based on the Centers’ post evaluation activities and Product Information File (PIF) audit by declaring Coreholic Co., as the manufacturer which is inconsistent from the agreement presented, rendering the products unauthorized.
In addition, according to the issued Certificate of Product Notification, any subsequent changes to the information submitted to the FDA will render the notification invalid.
