In its latest advisory released at 1:00 PM on March 26, 2026, the airline confirmed that flights to and from Dubai will remain suspended as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.
The situation remains fluid, and further schedule adjustments may be implemented depending on developments in the region.

Passengers impacted by the cancellations are given several options through the airline’s Manage Booking portal:
1. Free Rebooking
Passengers may rebook their flights without fare difference if travel is scheduled within 30 days from the original flight date. Fare differences may apply if travel is moved beyond this period.
2. Travel Fund
Passengers may convert the value of their ticket into a Travel Fund, which can be used for future bookings or add-ons such as baggage allowance and seat selection.
3. Full Refund
Passengers may request a full refund of their ticket.
