59 new cases, 22 recoveries, and 1 fatality were recorded in the City of Baguio today, December 6, 2020, as reported through the daily monitoring of the Public Information Office of Baguio City.
Among the cases recorded, 34 cases were contact traced, 10 expanded tested (ET), 11 cases are symptomatic, and 4 cases are others.
An 85 -year-old male succumbed to the disease today. He was admitted due to COPD and chronic renal disease on November 25, 2020, underwent dialysis, PCR test done with a negative result. On December 2, 2020, the patient’s health deteriorated so he was intubated and tested, in which yielded a positive result.

Based on the latest data of cases in the city, the total number of cases recorded is 3,220. And, among the cases that were logged 2,883 patients already recovered and 292 cases are still active. Furthermore, a total of 45 fatalities were listed.
