Baguio City to Open Vaccine Registration for Ages 12-14

The City of Baguio has announced that residents aged 12-14 can start registering for vaccination starting Friday, October 22, 2021.

According to Mayor Magalong through the Public Information Office on Monday, the registration is to prepare for the roll-out of the vaccination for the juvenile group come November.

The city has also recently opened registration for minors aged 15 to 17 years old.

How to Register

1. Vaccinees can register at the Baguio Inoculation Digitalize App (BIDA) by going to this site: https://bakuna.baguio.gov.ph/
   
2. Click on Pre-registration
   • Personal details
   • Category Information
   • Address Information
   • Clinical Information
3. Fill up the form correctly with the following:
4. Verify if your details are correct
5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Click Submit

NOTE: Take note of your birthdate or Mobile Number as these will be used to access your QR code.
