As announced by Presidential Spokesperson Secretary Harry Roque, under IATF Resolution No. 35, the entire Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) will transition to General Community Quarantine (GCQ) starting tomorrow, May 16, 2020.
In preparation for the transition, Baguio City has released the schedule to be followed by business establishments regarding their operations under GCQ.
Under Executive Order No. 67 and 83, it was mentioned that businesses under Clusters 1 and 2 were already allowed to operate during the ECQ period and will continue to operate under GCQ.
On the other hand, remaining clusters will start operating on May 18, 2020 (Monday).

[UPDATE MAY 15, 2020, 8:12 PM] After clarifying the schedule for beauty parlors and barbershops which is initially for deliberation from PIO – Baguio, they have stated that ‘under the recent (today) IATF guidelines, these shops shall not be allowed yet during GCQ (subject for review of DTI).’

Note: Stalls with the same line of business, usually in the same section in the market, shall be divided into Stall A and Stall B respectively.
Stalls A and B will operate alternately to ensure social distancing and give equal chances to all stall owners. Each stall is allowed one (1) attendee and one (1) customer at a time only.
Note: Other business establishments that are no longer in the list shall be closed until further notice.
