Baguio City Logs 22 New Cases, 10 Recoveries, and a Fatality Today

Today, January 5, 2021, the City of Baguio has recorded new cases, recoveries, and a fatality based on the data provided by the Public Information Office (PIO)- City of Baguio.

22 New Cases in Baguio City

Among the new cases recorded today, 9 cases were contact traced, 4 cases were expanded tested, 5 are symptomatic, and 4 are others. The following are the details of the new cases in the city:

  • Admitted BGHMC on December 23, 2020, and died on January 4, 2021
  • Final Diagnosis: Septic Shock secondary to interstitial lung disease secondary to COVID-19 infection, Pneumonia, Acute Respiratory Failure secondary to Critical Confirmed COVID-19 Infection, HCVD in CAD not in CHF, Diabetes Mellitus type II, Bipolar Disorder S/p CVD infarct S/p Cardiac Arrest
