Tropical Storm Crising (WIPHA) is bringing stormy conditions to Northern Luzon as it approaches the coast of Cagayan. The public is urged to prepare for heavy rainfall, gale-force winds, storm surge, and rough to very rough seas in the hours ahead.

Track Outlook
- Crising will move west northwest within the next 12 hours. Landfall over northeastern Cagayan or Babuyan Islands is possible this evening.
- After landfall, Crising will move west northwest and exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility by tomorrow afternoon.
- The storm is expected to intensify further, possibly reaching Severe Tropical Storm status by tomorrow evening or early Sunday.
