Tropical Storm Marce has slightly intensified as it moves west-northwestward over the Philippine Sea. Currently positioned east of Eastern Samar, Marce is expected to bring rains and strong winds to parts of Northern Luzon in the coming days.

• Maximum Winds: 75 km/h near the center, gusts up to 90 km/h

• Marce is expected to continue west-northwest until tomorrow (5 November) before slowing and turning westward over the Philippine Sea, east of Extreme Northern Luzon. It may make landfall over Babuyan Islands or northern Cagayan on Thursday evening (7 November) or Friday (8 November) early morning.
• Marce is expected to intensify gradually, reaching severe tropical storm status by tomorrow, with potential to develop into a typhoon by tomorrow evening or early Wednesday.
