The center of Tropical Storm “Ulysses” was estimated at 475 km East of Virac, Catanduanes at 10:00 AM today (Tuesday), November 10, 2020.
Based on the latest Severe Weather Bulletin issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) at 11:00 AM today, the tropical storm slightly intensifies and accelerates while moving northwestward over the Philippine Sea.
Furthermore, more areas in CALABARZON will be placed under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) #1 in the next bulletin of PAGASA. And TCWS #2 may also be raised in some areas of the Bicol Region this afternoon.
