• Heavy Rainfall: Flash floods and landslides are likely in mountainous areas and low-lying regions. Coastal areas may experience storm surge up to 2 meters.
• Severe Winds: Winds may be stronger in coastal and upland areas. Gale warnings are in effect for most of Luzon and Visayas.
• Sea Conditions: Very rough seas (up to 8 meters) along the seaboards of Luzon and parts of Visayas. Sea travel is highly discouraged.
