The Navy Personnel Management Center (NPMC) is heading to Baguio, the Summer Capital of the Philippines, for another Mobile Recruitment. This is your opportunity to serve the nation, start a meaningful career, and gain access to training and benefits as part of the country’s modern naval force. This recruitment is open to both college graduates and tech‑vocational graduates with TESDA NCII.

Who Can Apply
- Natural-born Filipino citizen
- Has completed 12 years of basic education under the K-12 program OR has at least 72 units of a collegiate course from an educational institution recognized by the government, OR has at least completed from Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA) any Technical Course with National Certificate (NCII)
- At least 18 years old but not a day older than 25 years old and 5 months upon appointment as Candidate Sailor/Soldier
- Height of not less than 5’0” (152.4 cm) for both male and female
- Of good moral character
- Physically and mentally fit for training
