The Land and Transport Office – Cordillera Administrative Region (LTO-CAR) will start processing transactions for clients within the Baguio-Benguet area once declared under General Community Quarantine (GCQ).
According to LTO-CAR OIC Regional Director Francis Ray Almora, prescribed transmission preventive measures have already been installed and adopted in all offices concerned.
Furthermore, the LTO OIC Regional Director informed Mayor Benjamin Magalong that the LTO Law Enforcement Contingent assisting in the implementation of Quarantine since March 17, 2020 will be withdrawn to attend to the roadside inspection of Public Utility Vehicles. This is for compliance with the guidelines prescribed for Public Road Transportation.
