Lockdown Over 4 Barangays in Baguio City, Lifted

UPDATE June 10, 2026 11:29 AM:

Lockdown orders over all granular lockdown areas have been lifted by Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong today, August 28, 2020 (Friday), through the Memorandum No. 240, Series of 2020.

Baguio Barangays Granular Lockdown Lifted

• Barangay Happy Homes-Lucban
• Barangay Pinget
• Barangay Salud Mitra
• Barangay Upper City Market

The Barangay Officials and BHERT’s are directed to strictly monitor those individuals who are recommended to observe 14-day quarantine while exhibiting care to their dignity and wellbeing. The residents, on the other hand, are reminded to continue abiding by the city’s MGCQ regulations.

Meanwhile, Memorandum No. 135, Series of 2020 which orders regular decontamination and disinfection of satellite markets, waiting sheds, and covered court within the barangay has been reiterated.
