Mayor Faustino Aquisan has signed Executive Order No, 39-2020, placing the entire of Kabayan, Benguet under Extreme Enhanced Community Quarantine (EECQ).
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});Starting 6:00 PM tomorrow, March 31, 2020 until 6:00 PM of April 13, 2020, EECQ will be implemented over Kabayan to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the municipality.
Under the Luzon-wide Enhanced Community Quarantine, movement is not completely restricted. And now that there are already positive cases of COVID-19 in Baguio City, Nueva Viscaya, and Benguet, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC), COVID 19 Municipal Inter-agency Task Force and other concerned agencies saw that it is necessary to place Kabayan under EECQ as the movement of people can possibly bring the virus in the municipality.
1. There will be no entry or exit in Kabayan except for medical emergencies.
2. Barricades will be placed at Aponan, Adaoay and Bana-ao, Ballay.

NOTE: If the needed supply is not available in the barangay, you should seek help from the Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT).
