After the announcement that Baguio City’s quarantine classification has been changed to General Community Quarantine (GCQ) with heightened restrictions from September 24, 2021, to September 30, 2021. The local government of Baguio has released its guidelines during the observance of this quarantine classification. Under Executive Order No. 117 series of 2021, here are the guidelines to be followed during the implementation of the General Community Quarantine with heightened restrictions.
a. The venue is inspected by personnel of the Health Services office.
b. Approval by the Office of the City Mayor shall be secured.
c. All attendees must be fully vaccinated.
d. If not fully vaccinated, negative results of RT-PCR tests conducted within 48 hours prior to the event shall be required.
e. Vaccination documents or RT-PCR results shall be attached to the request for approval to be submitted to the Office of the City Mayor, which can only be done after the venue inspection by the personnel of the Health Services Office.
Travel Restrictions
These travel restrictions are still in effect until rescinded or changed by the Local Government of Baguio
Non-essential travel to Baguio City is not allowed until September 26, 2021
Non-essential travel into and between BLISST area is prohibited
