Baguio City will remain under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) while the Benguet province will revert to GCQ from September 8 to 30, 2021. This is according to the Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque in a live press briefing for the Malacañang Press Corps (MPC) Monday noon.
Among the provinces in CAR which will be placed under GCQ is Kalinga and Abra. Meanwhile, Apayao will be under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) for the same duration.
Metro Manila will ease into General Community Quarantine but will be piloting granular lockdowns. The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) has yet to release the guidelines for the pilot test.
