The Baguio Water District (BWD) resumed accepting applications for its frontline services, including the application for new water connection, yesterday, June 15, 2020.
Here is the list of frontline services of BWD which are now open for applications:
• New connection application
• Additional water meter and tapping
• Additional meter with common tapping
• Transfer of tapping
• Reconnection of disconnected water meter
• Re-tapping of service line
However, transactions for the said services WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AND PROCESSED ONLINE due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and as part of the health and sanitation protocols being implemented by the district.

If you are planning to process your water connection application any time soon, here’s the step-by-step process laid down by BWD:
Baguio Water District is encouraging its customers to call the BWD Commercial Division at (074)442-6539 or email bwdcommercialdivision@gmail.com for further clarification or inquiries.
Furthermore, according to the Resumption of Frontline Services Advisory released by BWD, customers with pending transactions prior to March 15, 2020 are advised to call the BWD Commercial Division at (074)442-6539 or email bwdcommercialdiv@gmail.com for further clarifications.
