Tuba, Benguet Records 3rd COVID-19 Case, Camp 3 Proper on Lockdown

Tuba, Benguet has recorded the third COVID-19 case in the municipality today, July 10, 2020.

3rd COVID-19 Case in Tuba

In a Facebook post today, the Tuba Municipal Government confirmed that a 39-year-old male who is a member of the Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT) from Camp 3 Proper, Tuba, Benguet, tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the LGU, the patient was swabbed last July 8, 2020.

Camp 3 Proper on Lockdown

Furthermore, Camp 3 Proper is placed under lockdown effective 10:00 today until further notice in order to conduct efficient contact tracing and to ensure the safety and security of those who may have been in contact with the patient.

COVID-19 Cases in Tuba, Benguet

As of today, Tuba, Benguet has recorded a total of 3 confirmed cases. The first two cases previously recorded in the municipality have already recovered.
