The Municipal Mayor of Itogon has released an advisory to address the increasing cases in the municipality for the past days. According to Mayor Victorio Palangdan, Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong recommended the temporary restriction of Itogon residents entering the city and vice versa to prevent the further spread of the virus.
The temporary restriction will take effect starting 12:00 NN of Tuesday, November 3, 2020 to Sunday. November 15, 2020.

Workers and Authorized Personnel out of Residence (APORs) are allowed entry or exit provided they present the following documents upon checkpoint.
Workers who do not have a medical certificate will be directed to the Baguio City Central Triage Unit for proper health assessment.
Note: Health workers and assigned in Baguio City and contact tracers are exempted from checkpoint requirements.
For Itogon residents who need to go to Baguio City for medical appointments, the following documents shall be presented:
