Sitio Cabanawan, Kapangan placed under Lockdown

UPDATE June 24, 2026 8:19 PM:

According to the LGU-Kapangan Facebook page, through Executive Order No. 41, series of 2020, Sito Cabanawan, Datakan, Kapangan is placed under lockdown effective 9:00 PM yesterday, August 5, 2020, until further notice.

The lockdown was ordered after a confirmed COVID-19 case in the Municipality of Kapangan had close contact with a relative from Sitio Cabanawan.

Furthermore, the lockdown was issued in Sitio Cabanawan to conduct contact tracing, disinfection, and enforcement of quarantine procedures to contain and prevent further infection.
