Municipality of Sablan Reverts to GCQ Status from MGCQ

In a recent announcement shared by the PIO of Benguet. The Municipality of Sablan has reverted its status to General Community Quarantine (GCQ) from the initial Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ).

The said status was decided upon as a result of the resolution released by the Regional Inter Agency Task Force (RIATF) of the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR). The General Community Quarantine Status is effective 12:01 PM today June 18, 2020 until June 30, 2020.

The status was reverted to GCQ due to the two consecutive cases of COVID-19 in the Municipality of Sablan.

The executive order and other directives will follow.

  1. Wear a facemask especially in public places
  2. Observe Social/Physical Distancing
  3. Observe Proper Handwashing
  4. In the absence of soap and water use alcohol or hand sanitizer.
