Through an advisory posted on Facebook today, La Trinidad Mayor Romeo Salda announced that hardware, auto, electrical, office supplies shops, and information and communication gadget stores will now be allowed to open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Previously, hardware stores were only allowed to operate every Fridays while the rest can only operate every Saturdays. However, through the latest advisory posted today, they will all be allowed to open for three days to help decongest long lines.
The type of establishments mentioned above will be allowed to open in La Trinidad, Benguet every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday starting May 14, 2020.
Residents whose market day schedules do not fall on the said days must secure a certification from their respective barangays.
