DPWH-CAR Issues Road Closure Advisory due to Installation of Bailey Bridge

Through a letter sent by the Ifugao Second District Engineering Office to Governor Jerry Dalipog, DPWH- CAR would like to inform the public of a road closureinvolving the damaged roadway along Banaue – Mayoyao-Alfonso Lista –  Isabela Boundary particularly at K0341+240, Sitio Paypayan, Barangay Bocos, Banaue, Ifugao.

Furthermore, it was mentioned that a temporary Bailey Bridge will be installed to prevent further damages on the existing concrete pavement and for the safety of motorists.

Road Closure Schedule

The said road stretch will be closed at 7:00 AM of July 9, 2020 to all types of vehicles and will be opened on 8:00 PM of July 10, 2020.

DPWH-CAR advises the public to take other routes or postpone trips to other places if they are to pass the said area.
