8 Baguio Areas on Lockdown; 2 Lockdown Orders Lifted Today

Baguio Mayor Benjamin Magalong has issued new memorandums today, September 21, 2020, ordering the implementation of new lockdown orders and lifting of lockdown orders over several areas in Baguio City.

New Provisional Lockdown Orders

These areas are on provisional lockdown effective immediately and until further notice:

• Km. 3, Marcos Highway, and Mission Road, Crystal Cave in Barangay Bakakeng Central
• Purok 1, Barangay Camp Allen
• Sector F, Barangay Country Club Village
• Private Road, Purok 1, Barangay New Lucban
• Summerville Compound and Guevara Street, Barangay Pacdal
• Blocks 17, 24, and 35, Barangay PMA-Fort Del Pilar
• Purok 10, Barangay Pinsao Proper
• Purok 7, Barangay St. Joseph

The said areas were placed under lockdown for contact tracing purposes.

Lifted Lockdown Orders

The lockdown orders over these areas are lifted immediately:

• Morning Glory Street, Purok 3, Barangay St, Joseph Village
• Purok 5, Barangay Pinsao Proper

Furthermore, Barangay Officials and BHERTs must strictly monitor those persons who have been recommended to observe a 14-day quarantine.
