LTFRB: 28 Premium P2P Bus Routes Now Open

Is P2P Bus in Baguio possible?

Based on Memorandum Circular 2019-010, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) orders the opening of 28 Premium Point-to-Point (P2P) Bus Service routes. These new routes will all be distributed by means of franchise of sixteen (16) packages.

The rationale for this will be one package is to one applicant.

Within the affidavit are the following conditions:

• delivery of 25% of the required units will be within the duration of three months,
• 50% within six months,
• 100% completed within nine months

All this, as certified by the vehicle manufacturer/distributor from the date of submission of the pre-qualification documents.
