Mayor Magalong Orders Lockdown Over Brgy. Sto. Niño-Slaughterhouse Compound

Mayor Benjamin Magalong issues a memo today ordering the lockdown of Barangay Sto. Niño-Slaughterhouse Compound due to violations of health and quarantine protocols, effective today until further notice.

As per Memorandum No. 121, series of 2020, reports of blatant disobedience of residents to protocols have reached the Mayor’s Office. Some of the violations include loitering without face masks and violating social distancing.

As a result of the lockdown, the following will be implemented:

  • Home Quarantine Pass / Mall and Market Schedule Cards are suspended
  • Residents may access basic needs through the barangay satellite market or available rolling stores or they could coordinate with their barangay officials.
  • Exit and Entry to these areas are restricted to APOR’s and those with medical emergencies.
