Baguio Mayor Benjamin Magalong signed Executive Order No. 106, series of 2020 lifting the temporary ban on the sale and distribution of liquor and other alcoholic products in Baguio City effective 8:00 AM tomorrow, July 4, 2020.
As stated in the executive order, consumption of liquor and other alcoholic products in the following public places is prohibited:
Furthermore, the following will remain closed.
Violators may face sanctions and penalties under City of Baguio Ordinance No. 1, series of 1990 and other applicable laws and ordinances.
Everyone is reminded to observe the following:
Also,unnecessary social or mass gatherings are still discouraged in Baguio City as the city is still under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ).
