New cases of COVID-19 continue to rise as the city records another all-time high. 613 new cases, 178 recoveries, and 3 fatalities were recorded in the City of Baguio today, January 15, 2022. This is the highest recorded number of new cases in a single day since the past two days wherein 516 cases were logged on January 13 and 536 cases on January 14.

Out of the 613 cases, 221 are asymptomatic, 389 are experiencing mild symptoms, and 3 cases have moderate symptoms. An 84-year-old male, 3-year-old female, and 62-year-old-male succumbed to the disease today.
As of 6:00 PM today, the following locations in the city are placed on lockdown:
